BEFORE THE SHOW
  • Gates and show times: Gates open at 5 p.m. and the show will start at 7 p.m.
  • Will Call: Will Call is located at the CF Box Office and those picking up tickets will be required to present a picture ID of the designated will call name and credit card used for the purchase. No 3rd party will call will be accepted for this event.
  • Check the weather and dress appropriately: Flat shoes are recommended. The field cover can be uneven to walk on with heels or flip flops. Bring a poncho or other rain gear. Small purse umbrellas will be allowed inside the ballpark.
  • Bring essentials: Carry change, emergency contact numbers, and a list of any medical information, if applicable. Bring a battery or phone charger in case you need to charge your phone after the show to reconnect with friends or family.
  • Stay hydrated: Be sure to drink plenty of liquids to stay hydrated in the afternoon sun.
GETTING TO THE PARK

Directions to Nationals Park

  • Parking: All parking lots will open at 4:00 p.m. on both Monday, July 13, and Tuesday, July 14. All Nationals managed parking is sold out for both shows.
  • Metro: Take the Green line to Navy Yard-Ballpark. Nationals Park is one block away. The last Green line train from the Navy Yard-Ballpark station will leave in both directions at 12:39 a.m., the last connecting train will leave at 12:20 a.m.
  • Drop off: Vehicles will not be able to drop off children on the streets directly surrounding Nationals Park as they will be closed before, during, and after the show. Please do not drop off or pick up anyone on South Capitol Street. This is a busy highway and is dangerous for you and other drivers. If needed, use the Reunification Center outside the gates on the corner of N Street and Half Street SE. Parents can park their vehicles at one of the lots surrounding Nationals Park and meet their children at the Reunification Center after the concert for safe pick up.
  • Gate entry: There are six major gates at Nationals Park. Avoid long lines at the Center Field Gate entrance by utilizing the other surrounding gates.
  • Designate a pick-up spot: Pick a place inside and outside of the ballpark to meet up after the show. The streets are closed around the stadium after the concert for all traffic except for garage traffic. We will have a "Reunification Center" located outside the gates on the corner of N Street and Half Street. This area is clearly marked and will be staffed by Nationals Park Guest Services and Security after the concert. It is not accessible by car, only by foot. You can meet your friends or parents there, if necessary.
DURING THE SHOW
  • Banners and signs: Cannot be larger than 11 x 14" and cannot include inappropriate content. NO handles or poles can be attached. Battery powered lights are permitted into the show.
  • Keep aisles clear: For your safety and those around you, we ask that you keep the aisles clear.
  • Do not stand on seats: Standing on seats is very dangerous and is not permitted.
  • Report problems immediately: If you need assistance please contact a Nationals Park team member or use the Guest Text Messaging system (69050).
  • Concert lights: Strobes, lasers, motion lighting, and pyrotechnics will be used throughout the show.
FIELD TICKET HOLDERS INFORMATION
  • Wristbands can be picked up in the Blue Tent on First Street, SE located off Potomac Ave, SE starting at 4:30 p.m. on both Monday, July 13, and Tuesday, July 14.
  • In order to redeem a wristband, individuals must be present with their own field ticket.
  • Field tickets must have the perforated strip attached to receive a wristband.
  • For your safety, we recommend wearing comfortable flat shoes. We advise against wearing flip flops.
  • Field Ticket Holders will not be allowed to stand on their seats during the show.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
AEG and the Washington Nationals are committed to creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for fans attending concerts at Nationals Park. The following is a list of items that will be prohibited inside ticketed areas of Nationals Parks during concerts:

  • No outside food or beverages will be allowed except for one clear, factory-sealed plastic water bottle no larger than 1 liter per person
  • No metal, plastic, or glass containers of any kind
  • No hard or soft sided coolers or ice chests (unless needed to carry medical supplies such as insulin)
  • No backpacks
  • No bags that exceed 16" x 16"x 8"
  • No non-collapsible umbrellas that will not fit in a bag of maximum allowed size
  • No poles, staffs, or selfie sticks of any kind
  • No weapons, fireworks and other illegal substances
  • No PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS WITH DETACHABLE LENSES or AUDIO VIDEO RECORDERS
  • No SIGNS LARGER THAN 11" x 14" or SIGNS THAT ARE PROFRANE OR INAPPROPRIATE.
  • Battery powered lights are permitted into the show.
  • No Animals (except service animals)
  • No beach balls and other inflatable items
  • No laser pens and laser pointers
  • No noisemakers not provided by the Nationals
  • No skateboards
  • No LPS (old record covers) are not allowed on the field
  • Alcohol not purchased at The Nationals Baseball Stadium Complex
  • Any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate

Lights and Motion
Please be aware this show utilizes moving and blinking lights and to enter at your own risk. Audio and video recording devices are not allowed.
