An Exclusive Benefit For Nationals Season Plan Holders Only
Welcome to the Washington Nationals 2015 Ticket Exchange Program! We are excited to offer our Season Plan Holders a more convenient way to exchange their tickets online. Please be advised that ticket exchanges will NOT be processed at Nationals Park during normal business hours or during games.
The Ticket Exchange Program is only available for tickets included in full (82 games), half (42 games), and partial (21 games) season packages. Ticket exchanges are not valid for any mini or flex packages. Red Carpet Rewards tickets are not eligible for exchange. Please note, the maximum number of exchanges allowed for Full Season Members is 20, Half Season Members is 15 and Partial Plan Holders is 5. Tickets issued through the Ticket Exchange Program shall not be resold.
Future Ticket Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be requested 3 business days* prior to both the game(s) being turned in and the game(s) for which the tickets are being exchanged. Tickets may be exchanged only once and are exchanged on a ticket-for-ticket basis. Tickets will be exchanged at the same ticket price or at a lesser value, based on availability at the time the tickets are traded in. Locations are subject to availability and refunds will not be given for downgrades. Parking passes are eligible to be exchanged as well based on availability.
NEW FOR 2015:
In an effort to minimize the blackout dates for 2015, the Washington Nationals have identified several games that will have very limited availability. Season Plan Holders wishing to exchange into these games are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. All dates are subject to blackout and any game may become a blackout game or limited availability game at any time.
*All games will be removed at 12:01 a.m. 3 business days in advance of the game. For example: Saturday, April 18 game at 7:05 p.m. will be removed at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15.
