The Washington Nationals offer two (2) convenient payment options for your 2011 season tickets.

• Grand Slam EZ Payment Plan: In this monthly payment plan, which now consists of two remaining months, a first payment of 50% of the total cost of your season tickets and parking (if applicable) is due at time of online renewal up until February 28, 2011. The following 50% will be due on March 1, 2011 (50%).
• Pay in Full: Customers who paid in full for their season tickets and parking (if applicable) by December 10, 2010 will receive a crystal gift etched with a Curly "W."

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ON ANY SEASON TICKET PURCHASES

The Nationals are pleased to offer you the opportunity to renew your season tickets and parking online. For your convenience, you may pay online and incur no additional fees. To make a payment online, visit nationals.com/renew and click on the green renewal button at the top of the page.

We are always looking for ways to better communicate with our season ticket holders. If any of your account information has changed recently, please send an e-mail with your updated account information to stcomments@nationals.com. You may also update your account information by logging into your "My Nationals Tickets" account. Please make sure your address is correct. The Nationals ship tickets via priority mail service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). These delivery services will not deliver to P.O. boxes and incorrect address information can lead to a delay in the delivery of your season tickets and parking passes.
