Season ticket holders also enjoy the following benefits:Season ticket holders may exchange any of their 2009 season tickets for a specific number of games based on their plan size. The designated future exchange games are listed below. Full season ticket holders can exchange their tickets for any or all of the 28 listed games, half season ticket holders can exchange for 14 of the 28 listed games and partial season ticket holders can exchange for 7 of the 28 listed games. For example: a partial plan account may exchange one (1) future game for the Sunday, May 3 game which constitutes one (1) exchange, therefore the account holder will have six (6) exchanges remaining.
The Future Game Ticket Exchange Program is subject to change at the discretion of the Washington Nationals, with or without notice to the season ticket holder of record.

StubHub is the Official Secondary Market Ticket Provider for Major League Baseball and the Washington Nationals. It is a team-sanctioned, secure method for all season ticket holders to resell future game tickets. This program is available through nationals.com. Season Ticket Holders may post future game tickets for sale on the site, where other fans may browse through the posted offers and buy tickets. You may access this ticket resale program by visiting nationals.com.
Ticket transfer is a simple and convenient means of allowing you to give your tickets to friends or colleagues. There is no more need to mail tickets or wait at the gate to meet your party. Just log in to your personal "My Nationals Ticket Account" to transfer your tickets by e-mail. Your own "My National Tickets Inventory" page will present a list of all games for which you hold tickets. Click on a month and select the tickets that you wish to transfer. Click the check box next to each ticket and click the "Transfer" button under the game list. Select a recipient to e-mail the tickets to and click "Send." You may enter a personal message, up to 255 characters, inviting the recipient to the game.
Season Ticket Holders may designate friends, family, or associates as Ticket Transfer Buddies at no cost to the account holder or the recipient. Full Season Ticket Holders may designate four (4) free buddies, Half Season Ticket Holders may designate three (3) free buddies and Partial Season Ticket Holders may designate two (2) free buddies. All Season Ticket Holders may also elect to donate their tickets to MVP kids through the Ticket Transfer Program.
During the 2009 season, all Full (82 game plan) Season Ticket Holders will be able to commemorate a special event, birthday or anniversary by displaying a message on the Nationals Park scoreboard during the end of the fourth inning at a Nationals home game! Full Season Ticket Holders will receive one (1) complimentary scoreboard message during the 2009 season. As an added bonus, all Lexus Presidents Club and PNC Diamond Club seat holders will receive up to six (6) complimentary messages and all Nationals Suite Holders will receive up to 11 complimentary scoreboard messages during the 2009 season.
Full Season Ticket Holders and Suite Holders should contact the Nationals Ticket Services Team by calling 202-675-6287, Option 1 and then Option 1 again to reserve their complimentary message(s). There are a limited number of messages available each game and messages are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Scoreboard Message requests must be submitted no later than five (5) business days prior to the date of the game. Messages will include one of three messages (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary or The Nationals Welcome) followed by a customizable second line of a person's first and last name or a company name. (The customizable second line is limited to 30 characters including spaces and punctuation.)
The Nationals are happy to announce that 2009 Season Ticket Holders will receive complimentary tours of Nationals Park during the 2009 calendar year. Full Season Ticket Holders (82 game plan) will receive four (4) complimentary tours while Half (41 game plan) and Partial (21 game plan) Season Ticket Holders will receive two (2) complimentary tours per account. Our ballpark tours offer an exciting behind the scenes look at Nationals Park from the batting cages all the way up to the Shirley Povich Memorial Press Box.
Season Tickets Holders may call 202.675.6287, Option 1, and then Option 1 again and speak with a member of our Ticket Services Team to reserve their tour passes. The account holder of record must have a valid account number in order to book a complimentary tour. Only the account holder of record may reserve up to four (4) tour passes and tours are based on availability.
