DC Public Library Summer Reading

The Nationals are sponsoring the DC Public Library's Summer Reading program. Summer is a great time for kids to get caught up in a good book. Kids ages 6-18 that are registered and complete the Summer Reading program will receive a ticket voucher from their library for two free tickets to a Nationals game!

To participate in the Summer Reading program register at any of the 26 DC Public Libraries.

Summer, Reading and Baseball!

Just because it's summer doesn't mean that training stops! The best way to keep your eyes on the prize is to READ. Reading sharpens your mind, expands your vocabulary, and inspires your imagination.

In fact, if you read at least eight hours this summer, the Nationals and DC Public Library will give you two free tickets to a game at Nationals Park. We'll also throw in some other great prizes.

Of course, don't feel you have to stop at eight hours. The Library is filled with books of all kinds. We guarantee you will find something you will enjoy. So, what are you waiting for?

On your mark, get set, start reading!
