Law Enforcement Night

In coordination with the National Police Week in Washington, DC, we will honor some of the nation's finest officers on the field before the game against the World Champion Philadelphia Phillies. Third Annual Stitch N' Pitchtm

Stitch N' Pitchtm unites two American Traditions: Baseball & the Needle Arts.
Sit among family, friends and fans. Cheer on your Washington Nationals at Nationals Park, while you knit, crochet, embroider, cross-stitch, needlepoint and more. Bring your projects! Take your seats by 6:15 p.m. to catch the special on-field pregame features highlighting the needle arts and honoring MANRA (Mid-Atlantic Needle Arts Retailers Association) for their dedication to organizing this special event in collaboration with the Washington Nationals.
The offer includes discounted tickets in reserved seating areas with other needle artists. Accessible seating is available within the reserved seating area. Learn more about the needle arts by visiting the Nationals Needle Arts Mini Expo in the Conference Center at Nationals Park through the third inning. Prior to the June 21st game, at 12pm, WABA will be leading a convoy of riders from Dupont Circle to Nationals Park to take advantage of the fantastic bike valet and enjoy the game! The convoy ride will be leaving from in front of the WABA office located at 1803 Connecticut Ave. NW. The ride will be taking place through the city and on the streets; consult WABA's Safe Cycling website for safety tips and information, http://www.waba.org/areabiking/safecycling/.

Becky's Fund - Domestic Violence Awareness Night

Help Becky's Fund strike out domestic violence. Did you know one in three women are affected by domestic violence during their lifetime? Join Becky's Fund and the Nationals on July 3, 2009 for Domestic Violence Awareness Night when the Nationals take on the Atlanta Braves.

Join the Nationals for the 3rd annual Peanut Free Baseball Day in the Nationals Park Party Suites!
Party suites will be cleaned thoroughly the night before and the day of each event.
- There will be no restrictions on dietary-related foods that are necessary to be brought in.
- Suites open 1.5 hours prior to each game. Entry is at Suites and Media Gate located on South Capitol Street underneath Nationals administrative offices.
- Levy Restaurants (Nationals Park exclusive Concessionaire and Caterer) has specific instructions not to bring food or beverage of any kind to the suites involved either day.

The Peace Corps traces its roots and mission to 1960, when then Senator John F. Kennedy challenged students at the University of Michigan to serve their country in the cause of peace by living and working in developing countries. From that inspiration grew an agency of the federal government devoted to world peace and friendship. Since that time, more than 195,000 Peace Corps Volunteers have served in 139 host countries to work on issues ranging from AIDS education to information technology and environmental preservation.
