Group Leader Rewards

Point System and Rewards     $1 = 1 point

Thank you for your interest in being a Tampa Bay Rays group leader! We are grateful to you for organizing group events to Rays games and we want to say, “thank you!” through our Group Leader Rewards Program.

• To become a group leader visit raysbaseball.com/groups or call us at 727-825-3406 to find out more about how to support the Rays by organizing a group event. For additional assistance, please contact us at groupsales@raysbaseball.com with any questions.
• For every dollar spent on Rays group ticket purchases by a group for which you are listed or named during the purchase path as the Group Leader, the Rays will credit your account with one point.
• Points are cumulative! If you are the Group Leader for several groups, your account will be credited for each of those groups. Points are nontransferable nor redeemable for cash value.
• You may redeem your points for the rewards listed below at any time before April 30, 2014.
• You may split up the points in your account however you choose. For example, if you have 5,000 points, you may either select one item from the 5,000 point category or 10 items from the 500 point category or any other combination that totals up to 5,000 points.
• Please contact your Group Sales Account Executive to check your point balance and redeem your points. Allow at least two weeks for delivery of your item after your selection has been made.
• All items are subject to availability.

General Conditions

Ticket resellers are not eligible for the Group Leader Rewards Program. The Tampa Bay Rays reserve the right to (1) disqualify or exclude any person from the Group Leader Rewards Program at any point; (2) modify, delete or terminate any or all rewards items; (3) amend the rewards program's terms and conditions and features, in whole or in part; and (4) terminate the rewards program in its entirety, each at the sole discretion of the Rays. You are responsible for all income and other tax liability arising from participation in the Group Leader Rewards Program. No MLB Entity (as defined in the Terms of Use) shall be liable or responsible for any claim or action whatsoever arising from or related to the Group Leader Rewards Program. The Group Leader Rewards Program is subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All aspects of the Group Leader Rewards Program are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to the Florida choice of law provisions.

All ticket purchases are subject to Rays Group Ticket Policies.
