EMC Suite Level ticketholders have access to the suites during normal gate openings. Gates open 90 minutes prior to game time on Monday-Friday games. Gates open 2 hours prior to game time on Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, guests can remain in their suites up to 30 minutes after the last pitch.
EMC Suite Level ticketholders also have access to the Hall of Fame Club. Please keep your suite ticket with you at all times.
Standard suites come with 16 total tickets (however some suites are larger), and extra suite tickets are available through the Phillies Suite Sales Office in advance of the game, in limited quantities. Only the suite licensee or designated suite administrator may order the extra tickets. Please place all ticket orders at least 24 hours before game time. To order extra tickets please call 215-218-5112. The Phillies accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Extra suite tickets can be emailed to the suite administrator, or they can be left at VIP will call. VIP will call is located on Pattison Avenue, near the entrance to McFadden's Restaurant.
The suite administrator is the individual within your company who is responsible for scheduling and distributing suite tickets. The suite administrators and licensees are the sole parties allowed to purchase additional tickets for the EMC Suite Level. Any person other than those authorized must work with this designated person to purchase extra suite tickets.
Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket for entry into Citizens Bank Park. They must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children who are 3 years of age and older will need a ticket to gain access to the ballpark.
In the event that a suite ticket is lost or stolen, please contact the Suite Sales Office at 215-218-5112. A replacement ticket can be issued IF the suite number and exact seat number of the lost or stolen ticket is known. If this information cannot be provided, the Suite Sales Office cannot reprint the ticket. Once a ticket is reprinted, the original is void and it will not allow access to the ballpark.

Each EMC Suite Level package includes a limited number of Gold and/or Preferred parking passes, which are distributed to the suite owner prior to the start of the season. These passes give the guests access to any preferred lot, shown in gold on the above map.
Guests who are not provided with a preferred parking pass may park in any lot labeled "cash" for a fee of $15, depending on availability.
Suite clients have access to three televisions within the suite. Check your in-suite channel guide for the list of programming options.
For your convenience, all suite guests have access to a telephone within the suite. The following options are available:
All suites are equipped with specially-marked containers for trash and recycling. As part of our Red Goes Green Initiative, please help us to do our part to preserve the environment. If you find either container full during the game, please contact the Concierge Desk from your in-suite phone.
All EMC suites include two half-size refrigerators, individual ice makers, and an in-suite restroom. If you experience problems with any of these amenities, please call the Concierge Desk.
For your convenience, if you need to leave a ticket or for a late-arriving guest, you may do so at the VIP Will Call window located on Pattison Ave. Your guests will need a photo ID to claim tickets. Once in your Suite, you may also drop off tickets with the Home Plate Concierge Desk staff, and they will deliver the tickets to VIP Will Call for you.
After each game, security personnel will conduct a sweep of the EMC Suite Level and collect any items left behind. To inquire about lost items, please contact the Suite Office at 215-218-5112. The Phillies are not responsible for personal belongings left behind in your suite, but we'll do our best to help you recover them.
If you or one of your suite guests needs to accommodate a wheelchair, please let us know. Each suite on the EMC Suite Level is equipped with two removable stadium seats. If you would like to request that the stadium seats be removed in advance of your arrival, please call the Suite Office at 215-218-5112. This can also be done on the day of game by calling the Concierge Desk from your in-suite phone.

Items may be shipped in advance or delivered to your suite.
Alumni are available to take pictures, sign autographs, share stories from their playing days, and socialize with your guests. Pricing starts at $500 for one hour. Please contact the Suite Sales office at 215-218-5112 for more information.
Red, white and blue balloons can be placed in the suite for any special occasion that you may be celebrating. Please contact the suite sales office to make arrangements.

Advanced ordering provides you with the opportunity to order from a menu that features much more variety than our standard event day menu. Additionally, all special requests can be easily accommodated.
