
Before departing for Citi Field we encourage you to check Mets.com for the latest information on the #7 subway line, the Long Island Railroad, local traffic as well as parking areas. When arriving at Citi Field, follow signs, NYPD and traffic personnel directing you to designated Citi Field sites. It is suggested that you try to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion.

Any commuters entering Southfield parking lot after 9am on day games will be charged the event rate of $20.00. Any commuter entering Southfield parking lot after 12(noon) on night games will be charged event rate of $20.00.

Guests interested in hiring a car service for post-game transportation will find "black cars" available atwindow #28 on 126 street, at Right field on 126 street, and at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda ( Mets Plaza). This service is provided by third parties independent of the New York Mets. Partners Executive Transportation, the exclusive car service of the Mets, will also be available post-game. Lots will open three hours prior to game/event.
Hours of operation: All parking lots will open no later than (3) hours prior to the scheduled beginning of games/events at Citi Field. The only exception to these hours is the Commuter Lot (see Commuter Lot info below).
Credit cards: The Mets are one of the first teams in the area to offer credit card usage in the lanes at Citi Field. In addition to cash, patrons may choose to use their major credit card to gain entry to any of the Day of Game (General Parking) Lots. There are NO additional fees to use your credit card at Citi Field. All credit card information is encrypted at the time of the transaction.
Accessible Parking: Accessible parking spaces are readily available on a first-come, first-served basis, in order to fairly serve Citi Field fans. Spaces may not be reserved in advance. Vehicles identified in the accessible spaces without proper hang tag or licenses plates will be towed immediately at the owners cost.
Rain Out/Postponement: In the event of an MLB sanctioned rain-out or post-poned game, Mets fans will be able to use their receipt for parking in the event the game is cancelled or post-poned. The receipt will be honored only for the new date on which the game is replayed. No cash refunds are available for the initial parking entry.
Special Event Parking: All lots will generally be open three (3) hours prior to the start of a special event. Fans should check on mets.com to determine the opening time of the lots for any special event as well as cost to park for those events.
Access-A-Ride: The drop off and pick up location for all Guests using the Access-A-Ride service is the Bullpen Gate on 126th Street.
Black Car Service: Guests interested in hiring a car service for post-game transportation will find "black cars" available at either end of the Mets office building on 126th Street. This service is provided by third parties independent of the New York Mets.
Game/Event Parking Rates: Any vehicle entering Citi Field's primary parking lots when they are open for a baseball game will be charged the game parking fee of $20. Any vehicle entering when these lots are open for a special event will be charged the special event parking fee.
Handicapped Parking: Citi Field's parking lots include more than 350 parking spaces designated exclusively for our Guests with disabilities. These spaces are located in lots A, B, F and G, and are available to any Guest displaying a valid handicapped parking pass and possessing either a Citi Field preferred parking pass or a daily parking receipt for that day's event. Additional handicapped parking spaces are available in the Southfield Lot.

Preferred Parking Passes: - The option to purchase preferred parking passes for all 81 New York Mets home games is available exclusively to Season Ticket account holders. To add preferred parking to your account, season ticket holders should contact Season/Plan Account Customer Service at (718) 565-4360 for more information. There are four designated preferred parking areas within the main Citi Field parking lot, but preferred parking passes will be honored in any Citi Field or remote parking lot. Guests holding preferred parking passes may enter through any gate except Gate 1. Please present your parking hangtag to the attendant upon entering the parking lot, and display your parking hangtag in a prominent location attached to your rearview mirror when parking.
If you plan on arriving for the game less than 1 hour before game time, the following directions should be followed to the satellite parking lots to avoid congestion and delayed entry to the ballpark.
