Angels 3, Nationals 2
Jason Bergmann struck out six Angels and earned a quality start. (Nick Wass/AP)
Jason Bergmann pitched efficiently, needing just 82 pitches to get through seven one-run innings. Willie Harris homered to lead off the third, then tripled and scored in the seventh, but the bullpen couldn't hold the lead, as the Angels rallied for two decisive runs in the eighth.
