Facing a team battling for the NL East title, Matt Chico limited the Phillies to just one run over six-plus impressive frames, helping the Nationals clinch fourth place. Ryan Zimmerman hit an RBI double in the first and Felipe Lopez added a sacrifice fly in the fourth for Washington, which scored two key runs in the seventh on two Philly errors.
