 Kearns' three-run blast
For the second straight night, Austin Kearns smoked a three-run homer, while Tony Batista and Justin Maxwell added solo shots in the Nationals' second straight victory over the NL East-leading Mets. Starter Jason Bergmann tossed 5 2/3 solid innings to pick up his sixth victory.
