Lo Duca's head, stomach feeling better
Nationals backup may have been plagued by food poisoning

Lo Duca doesn't know how he got ill, although doctors told him that he may have had food poisoning. Once he received two bags of intravenous fluids at Sibley Hospital, Lo Duca felt good and left around midnight ET.
"My stomach had been bothering me all day," he said. "I was badly dehydrated."
Lo Duca, who didn't start on Wednesday night, is now a backup because of the emergence of catcher Jesus Flores. Besides catching, Lo Duca is a backup first baseman and corner outfielder.
Lo Duca does not think the Nationals will re-sign him after the season. Asked if he expected to be traded by the July 31 deadline, Lo Duca said: "I'm just going to come out here and get ready to play. With this situation, I haven't been healthy. I'm going to try to get at-bats. But I'm sure they will probably consider [trading me]. I'm not playing. Jesus needs to play. He is the future here, and I understand that."
