Nationals stay in fashion with new uniforms
Fans can buy jerseys, T-shirts, caps online Wednesday
The Nationals will unveil new uniforms during a fashion show on Wednesday night, and T-shirts, authentic blank jerseys and authentic caps will also be available for purchase on nationals.com after the event. The new jerseys will also be available for purchase at the Nationals Park Team Store on Thursday.
The fashion show is scheduled to feature Tyler Clippard, Ian Desmond, John Lannan, Drew Storen, Ryan Zimmerman and Jordan Zimmermann. Nationals executive vice president of baseball operations and general manager Mike Rizzo is also expected to make an appearance.
The invitation-only event, which will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. ET in the Stars and Stripes Club, will also include a pre-show cocktail reception and raffle drawing. Following the fashion show, invited guests will have the opportunity to meet players and purchase the new jerseys.
In addition, the Nationals Park Team Store will begin selling the new jerseys on Thursday and Nationals players will be on hand to sign autographs and meet fans from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Nationals Park Team Store will be the only place to purchase new Nationals jerseys until Nov. 17. Fans will also receive 15 percent off the price of a new Nationals jersey when they trade in any MLB jersey at the Team Store through Dec. 1.
