More My Marlins Tickets Information

Managing your Marlins ticket inventory is made easy using the My Marlins Tickets online portal. Access your entire ticket inventory on one account for season tickets, individual game tickets, forwarded tickets and StubHub transactions. First, make sure your Marlins.com email and password is linked to your My Marlins Tickets account.

How to link your Marlins.com email and password to your My Marlins Tickets account:

Season Ticket Holders who have never logged in to My Marlins Tickets should activate their My Marlins Tickets account first. To do so, log in with your Season Ticket account number and temporary password provided by your Season Ticket Service Representative. To contact your Representative, call 305-480-2525.

If you have already activated your account and changed your password, use your Season Ticket account number and the password that you have already designated for the account.

If you cannot remember your Season Ticket account number, there is a "Retrieve Account Number" button on the login page. If you cannot remember your password, there is a "Reset Password" button on the login page. Both options will lead to a follow up email sent to the email address on file.

How to use the My Marlins Tickets Online Portal:

In your My Marlins Tickets account you will find the following tabs at the top of the page:

"Buy Tickets"

The "Buy Tickets" tab allows you to view and purchase available tickets.

"My Ticket Inventory"

"My Ticket Inventory" allows you to view, forward, donate, print, sell and track your season ticket inventory.

Here's how it works:

  1. Select your desired action from the action list at the top.
  2. Select your desired events and seats from your inventory list.
  3. Click the continue button at the bottom of the page and proceed to the next step.
"To Do List"

The "To Do List" tab is where a balance can be paid or your ticket plan can be renewed, when available.

"My Account"

Use the "My Account" tab to update your account information, such as your password, email address, phone number and credit card information.

"My History"

Use the "My History" tab to view created or received Ticket Forwards, StubHub Resales and Ticket Donations.

Having the ability to forward tickets via My Marlins Tickets means there's no need to deliver tickets in person, by mail or leave them at Will Call. Send them to friends digitally and meet your party inside Marlins Park. Plans change? Recall your tickets and you can manage them all over again!

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your My Marlins Tickets account.
  2. Once in your account, click on the My Ticket Inventory tab.
  3. Choose "Forward Tickets" from the "Ticket Action" drop-down menu.
  4. Choose the game and tickets to forward.
  5. Assign tickets to friends by selecting their name from the "Your Friends" column.
  6. Click "Forward" tickets and your friends will receive an email with their tickets.

Forwarding Tickets

NOTE: You can now Recall your tickets. In the "My History" tab, pull up previously forwarded tickets and choose to Recall them in order to pull them back in to your account. For step-by-step instructions on how to Recall your tickets, click the link below.

Recalling Tickets

If you are a first time recipient of forwarded tickets, you will receive an email with a unique link. Follow the link to the My Marlins Tickets page to activate the account and receive the tickets. Receiving Or Returning Forwarded Tickets

You can enter Marlins Park with your mobile phone by presenting your valid tickets in the free MLB.com Ballpark app for iPhone and Android phones.

With MyTickets Mobile you can:

  • View a list of games for which you have tickets.
  • Present the electronic ticket image displayed on your device to gain entry into Marlins Park.
  • Browse ticket inventory and forward/transfer tickets to others.

My Tickets Mobile can be accessed directly through the free MLB.com Ballpark app.

Tap on the "MyTickets" button on the ballpark page and log in to the "MyTickets" portal with your MLB.com account. Choose the account, select the specific game and ticket and then, action you would like to complete.
