    Alcohol Policy

    Kauffman Stadium guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guest must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Each guest is limited to 2 alcoholic beverages per transaction. All alcohol sales will conclude in the end of the 7th inning at all general concourse concession stands while alcohol sales in all premium areas (including Rivals Sports Bar) will conclude at the end of the game. Stadium Management reserves the right to discontinue sales at any time. Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol into or out of Kauffman Stadium. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior, or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund.

    Anthem Auditions

    Your star could shine brightly right here at Kauffman Stadium. Help us salute our country with a National Anthem performance! Bands, choirs, groups and superstar individuals are all invited to participate in one of baseball's finest traditions. Email perform@royals.com for information.

    ATMs

    Cash dispensing machines are available on Plaza level at sections 221 & 234, and in the Outfield Experience behind CrownVision. Service is provided by Commerce Bank.

    Royals Authentics Store

    The Royals Authentics store which opened in 2013 is located on the third base side of the Kia Diamond Club on the Plaza/Field Level of Kauffman Stadium near section 225. The store will offer guests the opportunity to purchase exclusive one-of-a-kind memorabilia during a visit to the ballpark. Royals Authentics features a wide selection of Major League Baseball authenticated items, including game-used bats, baseballs, bases, jerseys, batting gloves and more! In addition, the store carries collectibles autographed by current and past Royals players. All autographs are authenticated by MLB. Kauffman Stadium chairs and other unique items will also are also available for purchase. A portion of all proceeds will benefit Royals Charities to support children, education, youth baseball and military efforts in and around the Kansas City area. Guests may visit the Royals Authentics store when gates are open to Kauffman Stadium until the end of the game or purchase items anytime by emailing royalsauthentics@royals.com.

    Autograph Areas

    To assure the safety of our guests, players, and staff, the Kansas City Royals have designated 3 areas for autograph seekers: (1) Gate D Truck Gate for Visiting Team Bus, (2) the ramp behind Player Parking for Royals Players and (3) outside the Gate C lobby behind the designated barricades.

    Baby Changing Areas

    Baby-changing tables are available in all men's, women's and family restrooms of Kauffman Stadium.

    BAGS

    Bags that exceed a maximum size of 16x16x8 and hard-sided coolers are not allowed into the stadium.

    BANNERS & SIGNS

    Banners may be displayed in the stadium provided the banner/sign does not block the view of others, interfere with the game, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard, or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature that alters the facility in any manner or covers any existing stadium signs. Poles and sticks are prohibited. The Royals reserve the right to remove any banner.

    BASEBALL BATS

    Guests are not permitted to have baseball bats inside Kauffman Stadium. Guests who bring bats to the gates must return them to their cars. Guests who receive bats from players must check them in at any Guest Services office. When available, broken bats may be purchased at stadium novelty stores or the Authentics Shop.

    BATS CROWN SEATS

    Guests wanting to purchase seats in the BATS Crown Club, may call the Kansas City Royals Sales Department at 816-504-4040, option 2. In addition to some of the closest seating in all of MLB, BATS Crown Club season ticket holders enjoy a number of benefits including premium buffet, and in-seat service. BATS Crown Club ticket holders may enter Gate C (Premium Entrance) and utilize the KIA Diamond Club lobby elevators down to Level 1.

    BATTING PRACTICE

    Normally, the Royals conduct batting practice from 4:50 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. while visiting teams hit from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for a 7:10 p.m. game. The Royals take BP from 3:50 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. and visiting teams from 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for a 6:10 p.m. game. The Royals hit from 10:50 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and visiting teams hit from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a 1:10 p.m. game. Batting practice times are subject to change or cancellation.

    BICYCLES

    Guests who wish to bike to the ballpark may lock bikes up on the media fence in Lot B near designated signage. Parking fees are waived for those who bike to Kauffman Stadium.

    BIRTHDAY PARTIES

    BLUE CREW

    You can now register for a 2014 Blue Crew membership at royals.com/bluecrew! Guests may also visit Ticket Office C during normal business hours or Guest Services during game hours to purchase your Blue Crew membership.

    BREAST FEEDING ROOM

    A breast-feeding room is located on the Plaza level behind home plate next to First Aid.

    BUS TRANSPORTATION

    The KCATA via the Metro's 47-Broadway will provide service along Blue Ridge Cutoff and to Blue Ridge Crossing until 11 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays. The extended hours will allow guests to travel to the Truman Sports Complex for Kansas City Royals night games. 47-Broadway offers service to downtown Kansas City, Mo., midtown neighborhoods, Country Club Plaza, east side neighborhoods, Truman Sports Complex and Blue Ridge Crossing.

    CABS

    Cabs are available on Lancer Lane between Gates A and B and also on Red Coat Drive between Gates D and E. Guests may go to Guest Services to order a cab.

    CAMERAS/VIDEO EQUIPMENT

    Although still and video cameras are welcome in the stadium, please do not set up tripods or block the view of other guests. Flash photography of the game and videotaping of the game action, however, is strictly prohibited. Cameras with 12" or more lenses are not permitted.

    CATERING

    Looking for a unique place to host a wedding, meeting, reunion or corporate event? The newly remodeled Kauffman Stadium is the perfect place for any of these. For more information please contact Benjamin Gutierrez, the Suites & Catering Manager at 816-504-4019.

    CHILD ADMISSION

    Children 32 inches in height and under do not require a ticket to enter Kauffman Stadium for Kansas City Royals games. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Fold-up strollers must be stored under your seat or may be checked into any Guest Services office. Guests are encouraged to leave non-folding strollers in the car. Please be aware of those seated around you.

    CHILD ID BRACELETS

    Child ID Bracelets are available in the Guest Service Office located behind home plate on the Plaza and View Level. Child ID Bracelets will be printed with the seat location of their party in case the child is separated.

    COSTUMES

    Guests are permitted to wear costumes, but the costume may not conceal any part of their face. Guests wearing any type of mask will be asked to remove the mask due to ballpark security measures.

    COURTESY GOLF CARTS

    The guest assistance shuttles will operate for each of the Royals 81 home games, shuttling guests needing assistance from the Truman Sports Complex parking lots to the Kauffman Stadium gates. Prior to and during the game, Guest Ambassadors provide shuttle service from for guests from the parking lots. Please let your nearest parking attendant know if you are in need of golf cart assistance or guests may call the Game-day Assistance Hotline (816-504-4040, option #5) as well once parked. After the event, cart shuttles pick up guests requiring assistance from at all Gates (A, B, C, D, and E) to the parking lots. All cart shuttles will drop off on the perimeter of the parking lots. Disabled courtesy cart pick up locations are available at all Gates and will transport handicapped guests to their vehicles. Please feel free to visit any Guest Services office for additional assistance or questions.

    CREDIT CARDS

    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted for ticket orders placed on the Royals Charge Card Line (1-800-6-ROYALS), at the Stadium Advance/Future Ticket Windows, Stadium Ticket Booths, and online.

    DISABLED GUEST SERVICES

    For your convenience, there are ample reserved parking spaces available for disabled guests with properly licensed or tagged vehicles. In addition, please see our "Courtesy Golf Carts" information for shuttle assistance. There is also a designated entrance at each gate for easy access into Kauffman Stadium. All restrooms are accessible throughout the stadium. Elevators are located near the escalators on both the first and third base side and in the Kia Diamond Club Lobby. Reserved seat locations for wheelchairs with one companion are available on every level. Should a guest need assistance in reaching their seat, transportation wheelchairs are available at all Gates (A, B, C, D & E). Wheelchairs must be returned once the disabled guest has reached his or her seat to assist other guests.

    To purchase seats in Accessible Seating sections, click on the Purchase Ticketslink in the schedule for the game you would like to attend when single-game tickets become available. On the bottom of the purchase page, there is a link titled "Click Here for Accessible Seating Requests".

    Arrangements for the wheelchair seating areas may be made in advance by calling the Royals Charge Card Line at 1-800-6-ROYALS (676-9257) and are subject to ticket availability. These seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible ticket windows are available day of game at all gates.

    DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM

    Registrants for the Budweiser Designated Good Sport Program must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid Drivers License. In return for promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from the Stadium, all participants' names will be entered into a drawing and the winner's name will be displayed/announced on the CrownVision video board. To register, visit the Good Sport's (red) kiosk on the Plaza Level across from the Rivals Sports Bar main entrance. The winner can pick up his/her prize at Guest Services located on the Plaza Level behind the Kia Diamond Club Lobby. The office is available at gate opening and closes approximately 15 minutes after game ending.

    DONATIONS

    Charities and nonprofit organizations seeking support for an upcoming event or program should complete the Donation Request Form on royals.com/donationrequest for ticket vouchers to a home game. The form can take four to six weeks to process so please plan accordingly. Organizations located within the Royals drawing area are eligible to apply (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma).

    DUGOUT SUITES

    The Dugout Suites offer a vantage point to the game that is like no other. Located next to the Royals and visiting team dugouts, these suites are a spectacular setting for any event. Each suite can host from 20-35 guests. Suites can be combined to expand your party for up to 70 guests. To check availability and to reserve your suite, please contact the Kansas City Royals Group Sales Department at (816) 504-4040, option 4 or email: groupsales@royals.com. Dugout Suite ticket holders may enter Gate C (Premium Entrance) and utilize the KIA Diamond Club lobby elevators down to Level 1.

    ELEVATORS

    Elevators are located near the escalators on both the first and third base side and in the Kia Diamond Club Lobby. Kia Diamond Club Lobby elevators are designated for guests with tickets for the Crown Club, Kia Diamond Club, Loge and Triple Crown Suites, and are accessible for any handicapped guests. In the event of an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather, elevators will be used for handicapped guests only.

    EMPLOYMENT

    All open positions are located under "Job Opportunities" on royals.com. We do not accept applications for unopened positions.

    ESCALATORS

    There is one escalator located behind home plate on the Plaza Level, and there are escalators located next to the spiral ramps on both the first and third base side. All escalators go to the plaza, loge and view levels. The escalators will not be operated during an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather. Guests who have difficulty walking should use the elevators.

    EVENTS
    EXIT AND RE-ENTRY

    To help ensure everyone's safety, the Kansas City Royals have a no re-entry policy at the ballpark. Guests will be allowed to exit and re-enter the stadium through the Truck Gate adjacent to Gate D in the event an emergency is encountered while attending any event at the stadium or with a valid excuse approved by Stadium Management. The Truck Gate is located behind section 234 on the plaza level just near Gate D. All guests should remember to have his or her game ticket punched by a Royals associate at the Truck Gate (D) to re-enter the stadium.

    Each Sunday home game there will be entertainment and activities in the Outfield Experience around the stage.

    FIRST AID

    The main First Aid office is located on Plaza Level behind the Kia Diamond Club Lobby. There is a satellite First Aid office located on View Level behind home plate at section 420. Guests needing immediate assistance should seek out their nearest Royals event staff employee.

    FIRST GAME CERTIFICATE

    First Royals game? Visit either of the Guest Services offices to receive an official certificate to celebrate your first Royals game! The main Guest Services office is located on Plaza Level behind the Kia Diamond Club Lobby, and the satellite office is located on View Level behind home plate at section 420.

    FIRST PITCH

    First pitch opportunities are reserved for corporate sponsors, dignitaries or Royals Charities. Another common way for individuals to earn a chance to throw out a first pitch is through purchasing group tickets. Groups of 1,500 or more are provided with an opportunity to have a representative from the group throw out a first pitch (subject to availability). For information on bringing a group to the game, please contact the Group Sales Department at 816.504.4040, option 4 or email: groupsales@royals.com.

    Food and Beverage Policy

    To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the ballpark, large bags, coolers, alcoholic beverages or other liquid containers are not permitted. Guests may bring food and water into the stadium, provided the water is in a plastic 1-liter or smaller sealed/unopened bottle (one per person) and the food is packaged in soft-sided containers that do not exceed the maximum size of 16x16x8 inches. Purses and diaper bags (with accompanying infants) will be permitted, provided they do not exceed the maximum size.

    FOUL BALLS

    Guests are permitted to keep foul balls. However, guests must not enter the playing area or lean over the rails to retrieve baseballs.

    FOUNTAIN SEATS

    The Fountain Seats may be purchased in advance for the entire 2014 season. The Fountain Seats are located in left-center outfield (Sections 201,202, 203).

    FUN RUN

    Following each Sunday afternoon home game, field conditions permitting, all kids 14 and under can run once around the bases on the field. A parent or guardian should escort young children. Guests should line up on the top of the Gate B spiral ramp at the conclusion of the game. Guests should ask their nearest event staff employee for additional information or assistance.

    FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

    Groups may participate in fundraisers by working in the concession stands or with event staff during Royals games. For event staff, please contact our Event Operations Department at lora.lord@royals.com. For concession stands, please contact Aramark, our concessionaire, at 816.920.8205.

    FUTURE GAME TICKET WINDOW

    Future game tickets are available during games at the Future Game Ticket Window, which is located on Plaza Level behind the Kia Diamond Club adjacent to the First Aid office. The window is open until 30 minutes after the last out of the game.

    Game-day Assistance Hotline/Texting Program

    As an effort to increase our guest service on game days, a new initiative starting in the 2014 season will be the availability of a guest game-day hotline which will be 816-504-4040 (Select Option 5 for the Game-day Assistance Hotline). Guests will be able to call to ask game day questions and communicate any assistance needed to ensure a great experience (parking, disabled assistance, etc.) during the following times to our Ticket Services Representatives and Game-day Receptionist:

    • Monday - Friday: 9:00am until 30 minutes after the game is complete
    • Saturday: 3 hours prior to first pitch until 30 minutes after the game is complete (i.e.: 10 a.m. for 1:10 p.m. game, 3 p.m. for 6:10 p.m. game)
    • Sunday: 3 hours prior to first pitch until 30 minutes after the game is complete (i.e.: 10 a.m. for 1:10 p.m. game)
    • Starting times may be adjusted by the Guest Experience Department to start earlier when large capacity or close to sell-out crowds are anticipated as an effort to communicate ticket availability for our guests inquiring.
    • In addition, guests are encouraged to utilize our text assistance program during games by first texting "ASSIST", then message and seat location information to 42682 for assistance or to report unruly behavior. A Guest Services Representative will be made available to assist the guest in a response to the text.
    GATES OPEN

    Friday - Sunday Games: All gates will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. Gate C opens 2 hours prior to Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only.

    Monday - Thursday Games: Gates A & E in the Outfield Experience will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. All remaining gates (Gates B, C & D) will open 1 hour prior to game time. Gate C opens 2 hours prior to Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only.

    Giveaway Games: All gates will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. Gate C opens 2 hours prior to Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only.

    Special Gate Opening Dates: Opening Day - 1:00 p.m.

    June 20: Gates A & E at 5:00 p.m.

    GIVEAWAYS

    Promotional items or "Giveaways," are available on selected game dates to guests with a valid, paid ticket on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests must be in attendance at a game to receive a promotional item.

    HALL OF FAME

    Visit the Royals Hall of Fame located inside Gate A on the Plaza Level concourse left field corner. Stop by and learn the history of the Royals and professional baseball in Kansas City. Guests can see the Royals 1985 World Series Championship trophy and other artifacts from Cy Young Awards to Frank White's eight Gold Gloves, George Brett's 3,000th hit bat and baseball and much more. This season don't miss a special exhibit celebrating the National Baseball Hall of Fame's 75th Anniversary featuring items from each of the first five inductees - Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth, Honus Wagner, Christy Mathewson and Walter Johnson - plus many more all on loan from Cooperstown. The gallery also includes the twenty-five plaques honoring each member of the Royals Hall of Fame.

    HANDOUTS

    Handouts in the parking lot are not permitted at any time. Additionally, selling or reselling of items is also not permitted in the parking lot.

    Infield Practice

    Royals take infield practice from 4:40 to 4:50 p.m., 3:40-3:50 p.m. and 10:40 to 10:50 a.m. for 7:10 p.m., 6:10 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. games, respectively. Visitors take infield from 6:30-6:40 p.m., 5:30 to 5:40 p.m. and 12:30 to 12:40 p.m., respectively. Infield Practice times are subject to change or cancellation.

    Lost Children and Guests

    Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted by a stadium staff member to one of the Guest Services offices, located on Plaza Level behind the Kia Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420. All children are encouraged to visit Guest Services for a Child ID Bracelet when they first arrive.

    During a game, you may inquire about lost and found items in one of the Guest Services offices, located on Plaza Level behind the Kia Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420.     Debuting in 2009, the Outfield Experience consists of the Blue KC Little K, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City Base Run, Sluggerrr's Mini Golf at The K, Carousel, Pitching Mound, Batting Challenge. New Era Hats Store, and the Ladies and Kids Team Store. The Outfield Experience also includes the Royals Hall of Fame, Rivals Sports Bar, Budweiser Patio, Belfonte's Ice Cream, Sonic Slam Seats, Miller Lite Fountain Bar, Pepsi Party Porch, Boulevard Grill, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Pit, and the Fox Sports Broadcast booth.

    Pay Phones

    Kauffman Stadium does not have any pay phones available to guests. However, guests can request the assistance of the Guest Services Office staff to make a phone call if necessary. Guest Services offices are located on Plaza Level behind the Kia Diamond Club Lobby, or on View Level behind home plate at section 420.

    PAGING SERVICES

    PARKING

    Parking spaces are available for vehicles and buses. The Truman Sports Complex provides spaces reserved for vehicles displaying disabled permits or tags. The complex exceeds in the number of disabled parking spaces required by the ADA. An over-sized vehicle is any vehicle that takes up more than one parking space.     PETS

    Pets are not permitted inside Kauffman Stadium. However, service dogs (guide dogs for persons with disabilities) are permitted in the stadium.

    RADIO AFFILIATES

    Royals games are broadcast locally on KCSP 610 AM, plus additional stations throughout the Midwest (subject to change).

    RADIOS/TELEVISIONS

    Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Kauffman Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Royals reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.

    RAINOUTS

    In the event five (5) innings of the game are not played (except when the home team is leading at the end of 4 1/2 innings) and the game is rescheduled, this ticket will be honored for admission to the officially rescheduled game (location of this ticket - section, row and seat - carries over to the rescheduled game). In the event that the game is cancelled (and not rescheduled) or postponed and played as part of a split doubleheader (separate admission for both games), the Kansas City Royals will publicize specific directions and guidelines for ticket redemption to the postponed game. Tickets for the postponed game may not be exchanged for any other game and any promotions scheduled to be held on the original game date are subject to cancellation. This ticket is good only for this particular game and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the holder to use it for this game. In the event that the postponed game is played as part of a "traditional" doubleheader (one admission for both games), the Kansas City Royals will publicize specific directions and guidelines for ticket exchange. Should a special event/promotion be cancelled for reasons or developments beyond the control of the Royals, there will be no refunds or exchanges. This ticket is good only for this particular game and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the holder to use it for this game.

    RE-ENTRY POLICY

    There is no re-entry permitted for any event held at Kauffman Stadium. Once a guest has exited through the stadium gates, they are not permitted back into the stadium unless it is an emergency situation or valid excuse approved by Stadium Management.

    RIVALS SPORTS BAR

    Rivals Sports Bar, located just beyond the stadium's signature fountains in right field, boasts one of the best vantage points at Kauffman Stadium and is open to all guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass offers dynamic views of the playing field which are enhanced further on warm days when the retractable warehouse doors provide an open-air setting. A bank of flat screen HDTVs - including an exceptional 103" display - compliments the custom-made 360 degree bar. In addition, all guests are encouraged to visit the Rivals Sports Bar after the game to take part in the Fox Sports TV broadcast show.     SECURITY MEASURES

    The following items are prohibited from Kauffman Stadium:

    • Bags/purses in excess of 16" x 16" x 8"
    • Backpacks in excess of 16" x 16" x 8"
    • Any drinks beside water (one sealed/unopened 1-liter or smaller water bottle per person allowed)
    • Weapons/fireworks
    • Items that could be projectiles
    • Cameras with 12" or more lenses
    • Banners or flags with sticks in them
    • Bullhorns/air-horns
    • Lasers or laser pens
    • Brooms in excess of 4 feet in height
    • Hard Sided Coolers of any kind
    • Anything that can obstruct a guest's view
    • Wrapped presents and/or gifts of any kind*

    Bags will be checked by security upon entry. Security may ask fan to empty pockets and remove hats.

    Fountains: If at any time a fan enters a fountain, they will be immediately arrested, transported to the police station downtown and charged to the fullest extent of the law.

    Entering the Playing Field: If a fan enters the playing field they will be immediately arrested, transported to the downtown police station and charged to the fullest extent of the law.

    Fines for entering the fountains or the playing field can be well over $1000 plus court costs as well as the arrest record.

    Please note that if you have a planned party of any kind that includes gifts, we advise either wrapping the gift item at Kauffman Stadium after the item has been inspected or place the unboxed gift item in a gift bag. Our security staff will ask guests to open any wrapped items.

    SEATING POLICY

    Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets.

    The Best Mascot in Major League Baseball, Sluggerrr, is the official mascot of the Kansas City Royals. Our light-hearted lion made his rookie debut in 1996 and can be found throughout the community year round and entertaining thousands at Kauffman Stadium!     SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the structure of Kauffman Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located along the perimeter fence line between Gates B & D and along the perimeter fence line between Gates A & E. In addition, there is a designated smoking area behind the Captain Morgan Bar on the view level just behind home plate. Smoking is allowed in these designated areas only. Electronic cigarettes and all other items deemed as a smoking device are not allowed in the seating bowl or concourse. Electronic cigarette designated areas are available at the corners of each designated smoking area explained above.

    SONIC SLAM SEATS

    If a Royals player hits a home run that lands in the Sonic Slam Seats located in left field, ALL guests win a free medium Sonic Slush by redeeming their ticket stub at participating Sonic locations by midnight the following day! Guests sitting in the Sonic Slam Seats will also win a $5 My Sonic Card. All guests sitting in the Sonic Slam Seats will need to report to the plaza level Guest Services office by the end of the game in which the home run is hit to receive their card.

    Kansas City Royals merchandise is available at the Royals Majestic Team Store located at Gate C behind home plate. Other locations include the Loge Level Third Base Side next to the 390 Club, View Level behind Home Plate, 47 Brand Store at the Royals Hall of Fame, Kids Store and New Era Store both located in the Outfield Experience. There is also a 47 Brand Kiosk located on the main concourse inside of Gate D, a New Era Kiosk located inside Gate B, and a Majestic Kiosk located inside Gate E.     SPEAKERS BUREAU

    As you plan your organization's event schedule, please keep in mind that the Royals provide speakers and/or appearances for civic and charitable functions. Members of the Royals senior management team and Royals alumni are available to share their experiences in an informative and entertaining presentation. Please note, however, that the Royals recommend you do not center your event around a player appearance due to scheduling challenges.

Nearly every area of the ballpark is available for private events, and our event staff will see to it that every detail is customized to your needs.     Standing

    Guests visiting Kauffman Stadium are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the Kansas City Royal's intent to limit guest's enjoyment of the game and we encourage cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas will not be tolerated.

    STROLLERS

    Strollers must fold up and fit under a seat without restricting aisle access. Strollers may be checked into any Guest Service office as well.

    STUDENT NIGHT

    For $8, select Outfield Box and Hy-Vee Infield tickets are available at the Kauffman Stadium Box Office for Wednesday home games (excluding May 14 & June 4) for high school and college students with a valid ID or youth 14 years of age and under who are with an adult. Plus, all Student Night/Local Music Showcases include pre-game food and beverage specials at the Crown Classic concession area. Every Student Night is also INK Local Music Showcase, where we will feature live local pre-game music in the Outfield Experience.

    SUMMER FIREWORKS

    There will be a fireworks display after the Friday night home games from May to August, presented by Hy-Vee and Pepsi (weather and wind conditions permitting).

    Team Store

    The Kansas City Royals Majestic Team Store is located at Gate C, behind home plate. The 7,000 square foot store is your home for all your Kansas City Royals merchandise, novelties, collectibles, game-used products and more! There are additional team stores throughout the entire stadium and all levels; including the outfield experience, plaza level, loge level and view level.

    Ticket Office Hours

    During the offseason, the Box Office Ticket Lobby will be open during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.). The Box Office will open with the hours below beginning March 1st at 10 a.m. when 2014 single game tickets go on-sale.

    UMBRELLAS

    Guests may bring small umbrellas (no golf umbrella) into Kauffman Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. For the comfort and consideration of all guests, it is requested that those using umbrellas be considerate of those around them.

    Vehicle Courtesy Service

    Kauffman Stadium provides a courtesy truck for guests who experience vehicle trouble. The truck is available from approximately 30 minutes prior to each home game until 45 minutes after each game. Guests may go to any Guest Services office to arrange vehicle courtesy service. However, standard towing and service rates are the responsibility of the guests. Auto Tow & Recovery accepts cash or credit/debit cards for payment. The standard towing rate is $60 dollars for a hook-up fee and 3 dollars per mile. The standard service rate for service calls is $50 dollars for jump starts and unlocking of vehicles.

    Weather

    The Royals have a detailed weather safety plan in place that is reviewed every season. Every usher at Kauffman Stadium is trained to move guests to safety at a moment's notice. In the event of severe weather near The K, guests will be instructed to move to safe areas by ushers, public address announcements and instructions on the CrownVision scoreboard. The Royals consider the safety of our guests first priority and monitor conditions continuously during all games and other events.

    Will Call

    The will call windows are located at Ticket Office C behind home plate during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Guests may visit any ticket office during game-day hours for Will Call. Will Call tickets can be claimed only by the person whose name appears on the will call ticket envelope. State or government photo identification is required along with credit card verification.
