Chicago Cubs Charities supplements the efforts of the team to harness the passion of Chicago Cubs fans and improve the lives of children and families across Chicago.

In making grants and undertaking sponsorships, Chicago Cubs Charities supports youth sports, fitness and health, education and literacy, children with special needs, the Lakeview Community, MLB related events and Cubs Care donations.

Race to Wrigley 5K

Help kick off the baseball season and show your support for Chicago! The 8th Annual Race to Wrigley 5K Run takes place Saturday, May 11, 2013 and benefits Chicago Cubs Charities and Lurie Children's Hospital. The run starts and finishes at legendary Wrigley Field where runners run through Wrigley Field's ground level concourse, finishing under the famed Wrigley Field Marquee at Clark and Addison.

Runners can set up personal fundraising pages to benefit Lurie Children's Hospital. New this year, top fundraisers will have the opportunity to finish the race with a lap over home plate. Make every step count!

On April 11, join the 2013 Chicago Cubs players, coaching staff, owners and front office management for the third annual Bricks and Ivy Ball to benefit Chicago Cubs Charities. Guests will enjoy an elegant dinner, music, silent and live auction at Navy Pier.

Catch in the Confines

Enjoy this special opportunity to play catch with your favorite Cubs fan in the outfield grass of Wrigley Field at Catch in the Confines. Families, friends and fans of all ages have the opportunity to spend 50-minutes throwing the ball in the outfield, running the bases, visiting the batting cage or chatting in the dugouts of beautiful Wrigley Field. Step on to the hallowed grounds of the Friendly Confines and benefit Chicago Cubs Charities programs as well. Participant tickets include a commemorative t-shirt, photograph, baseball and lunch.

Wrigley Field Road Tour

This August, join fellow cyclists on a 100 mile ride from Wrigley Field to Kenosha and back. Riders finish with a picnic and a party on the outfield grass at Wrigley Field. Proceeds from the Wrigley Field Road Tour help purchase bicycles for those without transportation in Africa as well as fund local programs through Chicago Cubs Charities. Chicago Cubs Charities 50/50 Raffle

One lucky fan at each Cubs home game will walk away as the winner of a significant cash prize in this split the pot raffle. Fans may purchase 50/50 raffle tickets from uniformed Chicago Cubs Charities raffle ticket sellers starting two hours before the game until the middle of the sixth inning. The winning ticket will be announced at the top of the eighth inning and the winner will receive a check for half of the net proceeds from the game's raffle ticket sales that day. MLB Online Auctions

Take home Chicago Cubs and baseball memorabilia through the online MLB Auction. Check every two weeks for a new collection of items. All proceeds benefit Chicago Cubs Charities.

Planning a special day at Wrigley Field? Personalize your visit by purchasing a special message on the Wrigley Field centerfield scoreboard. Messages are posted in the middle of the 5th inning. Each message will only be displayed once, so be sure to have your camera out and ready!

Space is limited! Messages are sold for $85 on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend placing your order a minimum of five business days in advance of the requested game. Order your scoreboard message with an 8x10 photo for only $110, or with a downloadable file of your photo for $135! Proceeds benefit Chicago Cubs Charities.
