Q. How does ticketFast work?
A. It's fast, simple and convenient! Here's how it works:
  1. Select: Choose ticketFast as your delivery method.
  2. Buy: Purchase your ticket(s).
  3. Print: Tickets will be emailed to you as an attached PDF file. Save the attachment onto your computer. You now have your ticket stored. Print them at your convenience. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. or higher (free)
  4. Enjoy: At the venue, your tickets will be scanned at the gate for entry into the event. Enjoy!
Q. How do I print my tickets on my computer?
  • An e-mail will be sent to you with a link to your ticket(s)
  • Log in to your account to access your ticket(s)
  • Print them now or later.
All you need is a printer (any ink-jet or laser printer with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print tickets).
At the event, your tickets will be scanned and you'll be admitted.
Q. Is there a cost associated with using TicketFast?
The per ticket fee charged by Ticketmaster to use this service is $2.50 for single game purchasers and $2.00 per ticket for Season Ticket Holders who choose to forward their tickets electronically.

Q. Which email from Ticketmaster contains my ticketFast tickets?
A. Your ticketFast tickets are delivered to you via email as an attachment. When you select ticketFast as your delivery method during purchase, you'll get two emails. The first is your order confirmation email. This email only confirms your order and may not be used for entry into the event. Soon after, you'll get another email containing your ticketFast ticket(s) as a PDF attachment. You must open the attachment and print out the ticket(s) for entry into the event.
Q. Do I need any special hardware or software to use ticketFast?
A. You probably already have everything you need. All you need are:
  1. Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print ticketFast tickets. Use 8.5" x 11" size plain white paper for best results. (If you're unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual.).
  2. Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. If you do not have it, download it now for free.
Q. Will this ticket be accepted for entry into the event?
A. Yes! The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! Click here to see what your printed ticketFast ticket should look like.
Q. What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?
A. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. Make sure you keep the printed ticket in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name and the last four-digits of the credit card used to make the purchase is on each ticket.
Q. Why isn't ticketFast available for all events?
A. Only venues with the appropriate scanning equipment can offer ticketFast. We are working on increasing venue and event participation, and availability is increasing every day.
Q. What if I cannot print my tickets?
A. Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 (Free) or higher.
  • Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer.
  • Make sure your computer has enough memory available; try closing any unnecessary programs.

Q. What if I get disconnected or experience other problems?
A. Choose one that applies to you:

  • If your order is not on file, contact us for help.
I received my tickets via email, but they did not print correctly.
  • Open the attachment that came with your email.
  • Save the attachment to your hard drive.

Q. What if I do not receive my tickets via email?
A. First, we suggest that you check any junk mail or spam guard settings that you may have on your e-mail Inbox, and alter them accordingly. These filters have been known to impede delivery of ticketFast tickets. Additionally, you may want to add our e-mail address,, to your list of trusted addresses.
